Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy for Sessions Booking Process: Clients can book their sessions through our website, by phone, or by email. All bookings are subject to availability. Advance Booking: Clients are encouraged to book their sessions in advance to secure their preferred date and time. Cancellation Policy: Clients can cancel or reschedule their appointments without penalty up to 24 hours before the scheduled session. Late Arrivals: Clients are encouraged to arrive on time for their appointments to ensure the full duration of the session. If a client arrives late, the full fee will apply. There will be No Entry and No refund. Payment: Payment is due at the time of booking for online bookings.
