What to Expect on the Day

• Arrival (from 11:45am): Take your time to arrive, settle in, and set up your cosy space with your yoga mat, cushions, blankets, and anything else that helps you feel comfortable.

• Immersive Sound Journey: You’ll be guided into deep relaxation as you are bathed in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, and gentle drumming – all set within the peaceful, natural surroundings of The Wilderness.

• Deep Rest & Rejuvenation: Allow the sounds to quiet the mind, release tension, and restore balance to your body and spirit.
